Jeff Posin attended the University Of Arizona College Of Law, one of the nation’s top rated law schools, where he graduated in 1994 both Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif with a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to law school he attended Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri where in 1991 he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Jeff completed his Mediation Certification through Northwestern in Chicago.
As a practicing lawyer for over 31 years, Jeff has been recognized by his peers as an outstanding attorney. He has received an AV Preeminent rating, the highest peer rating standard which is only given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers. In addition to his ranking in the National Martindale Hubble Registry of Preeminent Lawyers, Jeff was also recognized by the Attorney Guide for being one of Las Vegas’ Certified Ethical Attorneys. During his legal career, Jeff has served as the Chairman of the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board, the Vice Chairman of the State Bar of Nevada Clients’ Security Fund Committee (which seeks to reimburse clients for losses due to an attorney misappropriating client funds), and was a member of the Fee Dispute Committee for the State Bar of Nevada. Jeff has also been included in The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Attorneys for his excellence as a Trial Lawyer in the Criminal Court System.
